ABOUT EPICARE

Built around the work of continuing care.

EpiCare is a digital platform for epilepsy care workflows and programme coordination. Published programme findings describe how a district service in East Singhbhum used it.

The platform

EpiCare supports participant records, structured contacts, clinical review documentation, medicine coordination, reporting, and programme administration.

It brings clinical and operational workspaces together. Module configuration and role permissions should reflect the organisation delivering the service.

The programme experience

The East Singhbhum service introduced epilepsy-specific training, CHO follow-up, referral arrangements, and EpiCare documentation within public services.

Published programme findings describe nine block-level reporting catchments and urban Jamshedpur. Its experience informs questions about contact, re-engagement, medicine access, and timely clinical review.

Identify and connect

Community workers identify people who may have epilepsy, support attendance, and keep a local link to the next clinical step.

A named person reaches assessment with a community contact, not a lost referral.

Before you begin.

Plain answers on who the product is for, what the demonstration contains, and how to read the field findings.

CHOs, medical officers, specialists, facility teams, programme managers, and authorised administrators. Each role works with the records and tools relevant to its responsibilities.
