EpiCare / implementation

IMPLEMENTATION

Start with the service you want to support.

A useful deployment connects people, clinical supervision, medicine arrangements, and recording workflows. Plan the technology around those needs.

IMPLEMENT WITH INTENTION

A platform is part of the service.

Plan the people, clinical review routes, medicine coordination, and recording workflows around the technology.

01

Understand the service

Map the local care pathway, facilities, team responsibilities, medicine arrangements, and clinical review routes.

02

Configure the workspace

Agree facility structure, access roles, supported forms, reporting needs, and the workflows to introduce.

03

Prepare the people

Plan role-specific training, clinical supervision, data governance, devices, and connectivity.

04

Introduce & review

Start with defined workflows. Review contact patterns, recording quality, medicine coordination, and feedback before expanding.

Start with your programme’s needs and the workflows that matter most.

Plan your implementation

ACCESS IN FIELD CONDITIONS

Plan around the conditions of care.

EpiCare includes browser-based access, supported offline operations, synchronisation controls, and nine interface language bundles. Review the supported workflows and devices for each deployment.

Mobile and desktop access

The application retains its responsive navigation, forms, worklists, and clinical records across supported browsers.

Supported offline workflows

App-shell caching and queued operations are part of the application. Offline authentication and synchronisation require deployment-specific setup and are not enabled in the isolated public demonstration.

Interface language options

English, Hindi, Bengali, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Kannada, Marathi, and Punjabi. The application demonstration uses its actual language selector.

Agree the operating model.

Identify which facilities and roles will participate, how people enter care, how routine contacts are scheduled, and where clinical concerns receive review.

Include medicine requests, supply coordination, staff availability, escalation arrangements, and support responsibilities in the implementation discussion.

Configure, introduce, evaluate.

Review user roles, facility assignment, forms, reports, and supported offline operations. Test the workflows with representative devices and connections.

Agree data governance, training, supervision, and measures of implementation quality. Scope, timelines, integrations, and support should be confirmed for the specific programme.

Before you begin.

Plain answers on who the product is for, what the demonstration contains, and how to read the field findings.

CHOs, medical officers, specialists, facility teams, programme managers, and authorised administrators. Each role works with the records and tools relevant to its responsibilities.
